His use of the phrase "made from casino quality poker chips" does not give the impression that he is claiming these are casino chips. In fact, to the contrary -- that statement can only be read to mean that they are not casino chips. Your statement, on the other hand, would lead anyone who has not read the actual text to believe that he is claiming that they are casino chips.

The chips themselves contain nothing that would imply that they are casino chips. What is the magic to the word "fantasy"? The description and the scan make it clear what these chips are.
