Cuts holes up to 2 5/8" and any size in between in cardboard or any other less dense material. Not stout enough to cut any kind of wood though. The white knob in center of top pic has a needle point at the other end. See bottom pic. Center that point where you want a hole, put thumb on knob and rotate the outside. The red knob is the razor,adjustable for depth.

I've cut several hundred holes in stiff felt and cardboard and am still using the original razor.(It comes with extras)

It belongs to a friend and I didn't ask where she got it. I would assume somewhere like a Walter Drake ordering outfit.
