What's different about the Riv chips is that MORE than one chipper (member of CCGTCC) intentionally called gaming to dissaprove of the chip with the intent to have them pulled, which they were successful in doing. Yes, these are not claims.

However, while gaming did get numerous calls regarding those chips, I do not know if those chippers were influential in gamings decision.
