Billie's Casino & Restaurant, Renton, WA, was scheduled to open at noon yesterday. However, as is often the case up here, they didn't get approval from gaming until 3:30 PM. Nice little place. One of the few "minis" offering a Double Deck Hand Held game. They are also offering $10 match play coupons (2 per day) on their web site (see below), if any locals are interested.
