Usually "Overs" means if several people that are in a game want to play a higher limit than say 3x6 then these players will have "overs" Buttons. At anytime they are the Only players left in the hand then the game automatically goes to 6x12. I know I'm not Gene but.....what they hey...he aint the only Poker person on the board....LOL.
