I use McAfee virus protection, and their update service, and I am amazed how often I get warnings and updates. I've even had 2 in one day. At first it was annoying, until I thought better of them. Now I say "Thankyou McAfee" after every update. If you don't have virus protection, you WILL get infected, and pass it on to others.
