I would wait until tomorrow night just in case they are away for the weekend. If you still haven't heard from the seller, I would include a note with the payment telling them how you calculated the shipping.

I think $1.25 for the 2nd chip is high, does the auction mention how it will be shipped (14k envelope ).

You might also want to post the sellers ID. Maybe someone else has dealt with them and knows how they handle multiple auctions.
