I don't believe the the HRH issued any more tokens in that type of packaging. That token is a G.O. token, and that was the ONLY way that you could purchase them through the Gift Shop (ie. these were NOT distributed in the machines).

Your purchase price of $20 seems a bit high, though. I have seen them sell on Ebay for less than that price, but with everyone collecting HRH chips now, that may be the going rate now.
