Don't waste your time at the Luxor. Go to The Orleans & play in their tournaments. They have two daily & are listed in Card Player magazine.

As for.......

Super System is worth a read, but not what you want for today's games. Don't forget that it was written 25 years ago. How much No limit, Lowball, Razz & Draw are you going to be playing? Here in Las Vegas not much. You will be playing No limit at sometime if you plan on playing a lot of tournaments. In that case get Tom McEvoy's "Tournament Poker" which covers all tournament games. For low limit Hold'em pick up Lee Jones book "Winning Low Limit Hold'em" That should get you started & keep you busy. If you decide you do want Doyle's book I have an extra copy in almost new condition I'll sell you cheap.

As for me..........I have an online No Limit tournament starting at Party Poker in about 15 minutes!
