Take a look at this, and see if this Helps your problem.
IMPORTANT: At the end of each step, attempt to turn on the computer.
Ensure the computer is connected to a 115 Volt standard AC outlet.
On the back of the computer, move the power supply switch to 115.
NOTE: A list of computers that do have a voltage switch is available.
Disconnect any surge protectors or power strips and connect the power cord directly into the wall AC outlet.
Remove all third-party hardware.
Remove the power cord from the back of the computer.
On the front of the computer, press and hold the power switch for 5 seconds.
Remove and re-attach all cables on the back of the computer.
Connect the power cord to a different AC outlet.
If the issue is still unresolved after completing all of the troubleshooting steps, service will be required.
