The NCAA tournament is 64 teams in 4 regions and you pick the winners in each bracket. Each round is assigned point values and when your team wins you get those points. Person with the most points wins the chips. I don't know if you get much coverage in the UK of this but it is called march madness and if you can ever be in Vegas for it, especially the first rounds, it is an awesome experience.
