I have sent posts directly to them. After their stupid computer robot stopped several "illegal" auctions I heard from a human who apologized. But they are doing it again. I lost out on two chips I wanted. They go through their auctions with a computer looking for certain words, like "illegal" but then do not put a human on it. In my opinion (I'm only a lawyer) the terminations are a breach of their contract as the subject of the sale does not break their rules and the chips are not contraband.
