I know what you mean about the HR - because Grosvenor only usually issue you one card at your first casino these days (mine is the HR Manchester although I've never been there!), the HR London doesn't seem to know I exist. My wife did join there, but still hasn't received anything. This is why I was surprised to receive the Grosvenor vouchers - my wife also received one from the Grosvenor Brighton this morning, so she now has 2 sets to use!

As for comps from the other casinos, I understand about the likes of Crockfords and the Colony Club, but as you tend to have to be invited to join, or pay a hefty membership fee, I'm not really sure they count as comps. Either way, I understand the high roller joints giving such deals to get people inside, but it does still seem to be relatively unusual for the 'regular' casinos (and small players like me )
