Three years ago when I checked I believe there were only 11 hotels that had a single ballroom big enough for our bourse floor. When you eliminate the ones too expensive for our budget (Rio, Mandalay Bay, Bellagio, Venetian, MGM, etc) I only found 3 that we could afford and that met our requirements. They were the Trop, Stardust and Riviera. The Rio wanted $21,000 just for the showroom not to mention high room rates. The Mandalay Bay had a room rate of $189 weekdays, I don't remember how much the bourse room was.

As Mike and Jim know it's getting tougher to find a place to have the Convention and still keep the cost affordable for all of us.
