Acually Maybe he can. a friend of mine had to fly somewhere. He checked on a price from O'Hare to his destination. He found he could buy a ticket from Rockford to his destination much cheaper. Here is the best part. There is no passenger flights out of Rockford so everyone gets on a bus and are taken to O'Hare. So he just drove to O'Hare and got on the plane.
