this is again the action of an eBay robot. I contacted them the last time they did this and got a personal reply when I explained what the term "illegal" meant--that it had nothing to do with contraband items and thet eBay was not liable criminally for such sales. The eBay person said that it was a result of a random check. They are "idiots" but I suggest that "unlicensed club" would work.
