I meant all the info THEY "provide" on their WEBSITE is useless... I appreciate businesses providing a little "Who we Are", "Where We Are", "How long we've been doing it" information and some "Contact" info. I just don't appreciate it QUITE so much now that I've learned the info isn't going to help me.

I didn't think about it that way until you brought it up.
Because if you think about it... it WAS "unusable".
After all, I think we were getting our "useless" information from the same place!
