You clearly infer these conclusions by raising the issue of the 9/11 hijackers in response to this thread. Why else did you bring it up in discussion about Iraq?

Saddam Hussein is a not a destabilizing factor in the middle east. Actually Iraq has been quite stable for awhile now especially if you don't consider the destabilizing effect of our foreign policy.
