I found three boxes of unused Rat Ranch Casino small crowns. They are the same on both sides and only in the four colors shown. I'm guessing they are roulettes.

Anybody ever hear of this place? They guy I bought them from thought they were from California. I don't usually collect CA's, so this is a bit out my area.
