If we had intelligence prior to 9/11/01 that linked al-Qaida to the WTC, then we should take out GW for not acting

I'm saying we should have made a premptive attack on Al Quade prior to 9-11, not based on intel of a WTC attack, but based on intel of the many other attacks that we believe they were involved in. Of course we did not make such an attack for the very same reasn that we are being criticized on Iraq.
