OSama Bin LAden and Al Queda are not Afghanistan. I would support the US capturing and trying Osama Bin LAden on the basis of evidence which connected him to terrorist attacks against the US, this link was not secret he was named as a known terrorist involved in attacks against the US well before 9/11.
