If we had intelligence prior to 9/11/01 that linked al-Qaida to the WTC, then we should take out GW for not acting.

If we didn't have intel, then the CIA would have had to taken out Bin Laden. This would have been based on general intel. The CIA tends to let the "bad" guys alone because they've already profiled them and "know" what they're going to do next (so they think).

Saddam is a kittycat compared to a lot of "zealots" both inside and outside our own boundaries. We're prohibited from assasinating a leader, but can kill anyone else we desire (CIA outside the US and FBI inside the US).
