OK lets start here. No I don't have a subscription with Norton but I have done the updates. I just did an update and it added 31 viruses to my list. Up until recently it was picking up all types of viruses in my email and I was deleting them. Now it doesn't seem to pick up any viruses including the old Klenz virus which it did before. I checked the activity log and it stopped finding viruses in December. When I click on the icon it says Norton is enabled and protecting your system. Yet it is not. I am running Norton and its scheduler but apparently don't have the System works. Even without the subscription it should still pick up the known viruses shouldn't it?
