The Official US Casino Chip Price Guide (2nd edition) lists your chip as a 2nd issue chip with the notation "Possible prototype although not notched. Might be a unique backup chip." The Rarity is listed as Unique, and judging by the condition, the chip books at between $1200-$1800!!
I'm sure Campiglia or the Chip Rack authors can give you some updated information.

I wish I could find a wife with that kind of eye for chips!
