Brian, these Dunes "Gold Course" chips are all listed in TCR-9 on P. 70-71. Look under HOUSE mold and in the "Description" column, GREEN,ORANGE; GOLF COURSE. It begins with the $1 and regular house and baccarat chips go from the $5 to the $1000. The $5000 and $25,000 are only made in baccarat. The only value that was made in short supply was the $25,000. At only 200 chips made, it should hold the present value and will probably escalate. "The Chip Rack" has known about the hoard, as have most long-time collectors. TCR lists average sales prices based on actual sales, not on projected values that may be seen in the future. At the time that the chips came out, we figured to decrease the values in TCR each year as they came down. Over the past 4-5 years, they have remained fairly constant. We can not predict whether they will be destroyed, sold in bulk or remain with the present owners. Only time will tell.
