Brian.... That's a tad high. As James notes above, condition is certainly an important factor, moreso if a given chip might be rare in near-uncirculated condition but relatively common in used condition.

This one's not rare in near-uncirculated condition and usually sells in the $45 range. In used condition it sells in the $10 - $20 range, depending on how used (some of these were fire-damaged).
