I can't speak for all collectors. So, I don't know if they are "well sought after" or not. I just happen to like these HRC NVC chips. Plus I order a few to throw on ebay in hopes that I can at least get some of my money back for mine.

As far as other casinos doing the LE NCV's , I hope not as well.
