I don't think your whining. I think your expecting people to sell you the item they described in the auction.

The same thing has happened to me a few times. If it's a chipper's auction it usually get's resolved quickly. If it's a non-chipper, it usually takes a debate of emails back and forth.

Why shouldn't you get the item you were paying for?
