I was told that there has been some discussion here about last year's debate and vote over whether the Chapters must be in the National CCGTCC. For those interested, here are two web pages I made regarding the issue (I have not reread the web pages now, but here they are):

Even though there was no pertinent or accurate discussion about it in the club newsletter (that came with the ballots), and even though the ballots did not describe the issue and amendment correctly (incredible, but true!), a majority voted for the amendment, but not the super majority required by the by-laws.
