"So OK you guys - set me straight... am I just being a whiner?" Seriously, I'd e-mail him back and tell him since he was so mis-leading in his description HE can pay the postage. I know if it was my auction, and I sent you a chip that looked like that, I'd feel obligated to at least pay the return postage. This isn't your fault. I don't know many people that would feel good about that chip.
