to be a TCR#N1561. As you can see it has three gray inserts but the windmill is on what I would normally call the 'reverse' and the TCR lists it on the 'obverse'. The seller is asking $90 for it. Isn't that a tad high, or I am looking at the wrong TCR entry? Thanks for your help....
