That chip design, the one with the die (dice?) number pattern is the common home poker chip sold from UK suppliers who can hot stamp them.

I had a sample one from http://www.casino-shop.co.uk/ and I'm sure www.gamble.com (UK again) sells them.

They are the most expensive of the common chips out there and have a 11.5grm weight and a plastic and clay feel.
