Wow, I guess they are pretty proud of those units.

I just called them and spoke with them. Their devices are in fact regulated and they are not able to sell or lease the equipment unless I am a casino.

Guess I need to break out my daughter's Lego Mindstorms Robotics kit and make myself one!
