I'm using the 9th edition for this...

From what I can see the number on the left refers to a Slots-a-Fun chip. If this is considered light blue, then it may be N2858. If it's blue, then it could be N3437 (if large print) or V3318 (if small print).

The chip on the right could be N2207 if it has a long cane otherwise if it has a short cane the # is V9815.

Based on the fact that right chip is referred to as blue, I assume the chip on the left is considered blue also.
