Will, I think it's a great idea! Having just joined Chipmunkey (and not loaded my chips yet!), I would LOVE to be notified if someone had the chips I was looking for. I have been surfing all the chip sites the past few days for particular things, and it gets to be work sometimes. I wouldn't mind paying a fee, either.
