I think so, too, Jay. I have the matching green $1, without the "Marty's." This one was also confirmed as Mizpah Bar by TR King.

I have a few other small & large crowns with the same "CLUB" & wheel overstamp that I do not believe to be from the Mizpah Bar. There are unreadable club names under the CLUB-wheel hot stamp and a swirled circle overstamp on the reverse.

My green $1 does not have anything under the CLUB-wheel on one side and only the "$1" under the CLUB-wheel on the reverse.
