Assuming you unzipped the file. Try right clicking on the file and then select "open with"
then select ...Windows Media Player. I always use meadia play to open video clips.

My guess it should work. Remember, you cant open the zipped file with it. You need use WinZip to unzip the file first.

I you still have problems with it, I would try once more to download it. In a worst case...I'll just send you out a CD copy.
