Convention time is drawing near so it is time to make plans to attend The Chip Board 3rd Annual Get-Together.

Everyone is invited. As you can tell by the name, this is the 3rd time we have done this in conjunction with the International Convention. It is a lot of fun and is a great chance to meet the people that you chat with on The Chip Board all year long.

This year, the get-together will be hosted at the Palms Casino Hotel. Here are the facts:

Location: Palms Hotel & Casino
Date: Tuesday, June 24th, 2003
Time: 7 PM

We will meet inside Garduno's at the Palms. Gene Trimble and the staff at the Palms are really going all out to make sure we have a good time. They have set aside a large area in the back with a large window view of the pool and Skin, the pool nightclub. There may even be a party favor or two???

Many people will have their own way over there but there will be some that need a ride. The Palms has agreed to send a bus over to the Trop to pick up the people that need a ride over. The return trip is your own responsibility. If you want to ride the bus over, you should be in front of the Trop at 6:30 PM.

Dinner is your own responsibility also and the Palms has agreed to provide seperate checks to make things easier for us.

I need to get an approximate count of the number of people that plan to attend, so send me an email and let me know the number of people in your party and whether you will want transportation from the Trop or not.
