If I recall correctly, eBay was considering banning Nazi artifacts becuase to sell them would subject them to criminal sanctions in Germany. For better or worse, the First Ammendment carries no protection for an online international corporation. Not sure how it turned out, but I bet they went with the path of least litigation.
