I will forever be in Mike Skelton's debt for turning me on to the "Off The Cuff" show there. Mike -- you'll be happy to know we made a reservation 15 minutes before we arrived, and were seated at the front-row table 5 minutes before show time. We didn't leave until the dining room was closed, and several performers had a great time making fun of my Mohawk and beard. Blackie left about 30 minutes early, and actually came by to thank me for being a good sport. HA HA HA! I was honored that he'd take the time to tease me.

One sad note -- i spent my Palms winnings from the night before paying cash for a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and microwave at RC Wiley. God, it seems like only yesterday that I'd blow gambling winnings on booze and lap dances! How I long for youth. Home ownership has changed me.
