I have this roulette chip that says "EMPRESS RIVERBOAT ROULETTE - E" the attached scan is poor as this chip is well worn. Question is - Where is it from ?? It's pretty bad when Mr. Roulette doesn't know where a roulette is from. Any help will be appreciated.
