I have the same chip and I entered it in TCR as N9400 as Table IX. I may be wrong and will change it to XI if the concensus says so. I thought that the dots at 4 & 8 o'clock separated the top from the bottom print. Therefore the number would be IX. As Larry stated by Steve's VII, XI is correct. It IS confusing, at least to me.
