I think that Caesars would rather sell the chips for a $1 each & have them walk instead of just having them destroyed or sitting in the vault. The bigger question is why would they want to use tokens on the Craps table instead of the $1 chips. They know that the majority of the players don't like using tokens. Maybe they are trying to get more action on their $1 slot machines. Andy - Las Vegas
