I was previously with infinology, not voluntarily. My service had been bought out by infinology and they had the worst service. They came in and changed everything and refused to provide me with services I was entitled to under the agreement I had when I signed up. Then when I finally got them to give in on the services I needed to run chipmunkey, any time I complained about a problem there answer was that i wasn't even entitled to the service to begin with.
