Gene, My final say on this.

It's called compromise. I agreed to some of what Marty and Neal wanted and they agreed to some of what I wanted. There is no spin.

The Board originally voted against all that you wanted. I and two other Board members agreed to compromise and you got some of what you wanted. You didn't get everything you wanted and you have been crying ever since.

I'm going to leave all of this to the new Officers. You can deal with them because you will not get any satisfation from me.
