When I started traveling internationally, beginning in the late 60s, I only collected the countries banknotes, stamps and coins... never their casino chips... WHY????? They were and are very attractive... I guess I never thought they'd be worth anything (as opposed to my depressed collection of banknotes, coins and stamps ). My most embarrassing moment EVER was in a casino in Mombassa, Kenya...
