While I agree that the use of the word "Rare" is totally unwarranted, the seller does have a perfect feedback record.
This coupled with the fact that I can not find any record of him having sold any chips other than plain chips for home use does cast some doubt as to if there was any deception involved. Lets see what Jim gets as a reply
