Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand it the last time slabbing companies came to the convention, they left early because they got such a poor response. Based on that, it's unlikely they'll be coming back anytime soon, or that if they do return, they'll be any more successful in winning converts. As far as I'm concerned, that's the best way to handle people whose products you don't like -- don't give them any business. When you start barring certain people from attending the convention because you don't approve of their products, I'm forced to wonder where it will end. Based on that, I will support any board nominee who believes everyone should be welcome at the convention.
