I too think you might be teetering on the edge of insanity.

If you wanted cool weather and snow, i'd have sold you my home in beautiful downtown Chester. Then i'd be off to Phoenix or Vegas or mayby even Pahrump.

I'm sure it's beautiful there, just as Chester is. Especially in the summer. But, sometimes the winters get a little long.
