I guess he never heard of Visine. I have heard that if you don't tip a bartender he will put a few drops of Visine in your drink and lets just say it will move you. I have seen people not tip blackjack dealers then ask how to play a hand and the dealer will either not answer or give wrong advice. Also not tipping at a handheld game and they will shuffle up faster on you. Barry
